5 AXIS MACHINING

PRV Engineering Ltd has developed through Acquisition and Constant Investment in new technology. We decided that in addition to the VTC 5 Axis Machining Capability we also needed to be able to offer our customers the efficiencies of having complex machining done on one machine with minimal set up operations.

This has been achieved by the addition of Mazak Integrex i400 Mill/Turn centre, that can machine components up to 658mm Diameter x 1585mm Long. A Multi Purpose Machine with full 5 Axis Synchronous Milling and Turning ability.

The latest addition to our Plant List is another Mazak VTC800/30SR, which is a Vertical Travelling Column Machining Centre with full 5 Axis Synchronous Milling ability and a Large Machining Envelope enabling a wide variety of components to be manufactured.
